Your usage of the services of this website is purely voluntary and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in the event you decide to use our services.

To use the services you have to be at least 18 years old if you are a female and minimum of 21 years of age if you are a male. Membership shall continue for 365 days. However, renewal is possible for 365 days. Registration is free, initial activation or reactivation for every 365 days @ Rs.499/- towards Annual Subscription to be paid online or paid offline in our Bank Account the details of which shall be disclosed after registration. Activation for Offline payment is only after receiving the soft copy of Cyber receipt by email.

The services being offered are only for marriages between male and female sexes. Our services are not extended to same sex couples and /or marriages.

This is not a dating website and you shall refrain from using this website and any of its services in the event you feel that you would wish to use the website for dating purposes.

CHETNA will not do matching for matrimony as it believes that none other than the intending brides and the grooms themselves and their families only can do successful matching from the listed members in this website.

CHETNA will display only limited personal information of the members like photograph, name, date/place and time of birth, height, religion, professional qualification (only professionally qualified graduates and above shall be accepted for listing), year of graduation, university/College, present occupation and place of posting, place of residence and annual income only. CHETNA discourages caste and religion bars.Postal address of the members shall not be disclosed to anyone under whatsoever circumstances.

Whatsapp phone number or email address of members shall not be displayed although these shall have to be provided for registration. E-mail address and Phone Number shall be visible to the members after sending interest.

CHETNA urges the members to protect their privacy themselves by selecting strong passwords and thus CHETNA does not accept any legal liability whatsoever which shall be the primary condition for enlistment. Legal liability for furnishing false documents/information shall lie entirely on the erring members themselves. CHETNA holds itself neither responsible nor accountable for the conduct of its members.

Before signing up by filling up the online form, kindly keep handy an image each of school leaving certificate containing date of birth and highest University Degree & 3 full sized photographs ( all facing the camera) for uploading during registration. Use your email ID as login ID.

The profiles can be viewed by the member and /or his/her parents and / or relatives and /or friends and irrespective of the fact who creates your profile it shall always be deemed that the profile has been created with the consent of the person for whom such profile has been created.

Multiple profiles of one individual is not permissible.

To avail the services you shall have to make payment online through our Payment Gateway and / or deposit in our bank account the details of which will be shared after successful registration in the case of offline payment.

We shall not be responsible under any circumstances for failure of making payment through the Payment Gateway for whatever reasons whatsoever. If there is any issue you may write to us at info@chetna.net.in

Charges for availing our services once paid cannot be refunded.

Chetna encourage giving donation to charities and with this in mind Chetna will donate Rs.400/- out of Member's annual subscription of Rs.499/- on behalf of the concerned member retaining Rs.99/- for the maintenance of the portal and the name,photograph,highest qualification & a copy of Donee's e-receipt shall be displayed in our website.

You will not use www.chetna.net.in for the purpose of doing anything unlawful, misleading, harmful, or discriminatory act or acts.
